VILLA LANTANA
This is a classic and stylish villa with incredible panoramic views over the harbour and city of Mahón, similar to those you would experience if you were on the deck of a ship. VILLA LANTANA is a unique property, perfect for a once-in-a-lifetime holiday, in the island’s most exclusive area of Cala Llonga. Decorated exquisitely, this classic style property (with marble floors and bathrooms) gives you space, brightness and privacy. Its large windows are designed to give you fantastic views from any corner of the house.
VILLA LANTANA is spread out over 3 floors. Upon entering the ground floor from the street, you will see a large living room with huge windows and access to the pool terrace. There is also a complete kitchen with utility area and independent pantry, and a space with a large brick barbeque. Climbing a few steps, you will arrive at the large twin room, containing a big wardrobe and beautiful sea-views. A bathroom (with bath) is located next to it. Another flight of stairs leads to the impressive master suite. This suite has a double bed and stunning views of the harbour, a large wardrobe, a huge private sun terrace (overlooking the harbour), and a fabulous luxury bathroom with three different areas; a shower, a large bathtub in which you can relax, and, next to it, big window with panoramic views. The last flight of stairs leads to the second suite. This has a double bed, a bathroom (with a bath), also large and with sensational views.
If the villa’s interiors offer comfort, class and style, its jewel is surely the panoramic views it offers of the harbour, which may be seen from the large terraces. Simply put, they are unforgettable. The main terrace is partially covered and is blessed with suggestive lighting at night. It offers a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing in. The sun terrace, which surrounds the swimming pool, may be used for eating in the shade during the summer. We may, at any time of day, observe the comings and goings of the boats from our privileged position, sunbathe on a lounger or relax in the shade with a good book and a glass of wine. These are all wonderful delights! In this magnificent spot, you can experience some truly unique moments at sunset: eating a barbeque while watching the sun go down, having a few relaxed drinks whilst admiring the lights over Mahón, or taking the water taxi to Cales Fonts, on the other side of the harbour, in the space of a few minutes, in order to enjoy a fantastic dinner in one of the most charming and romantic places on the island.
VILLA LANTANA’s layout, with a suite on each floor, makes it ideal for 2 or 3 adult couples to share a relaxing holiday in. From here, they can explore the island in absolute comfort. Clients who like to sail can also moor their boats very close to the villa. Families with members of various ages (including teenagers) who value their independence will also find the layout to be ideal for them, with their own bedroom and bathroom in separate floors. But keep in mind that like many houses in the neighbourhood, the villa was built for height, giving wonderful views of the harbour. This means that there are a lot of steps between the street and the entrance. Once indoors, there are several other staircases, which link up the three floors on which the suites are located. These staircases have elegant stainless-steel handrails, which are not safe for young children. Similarly, the fabulous swimming pool, with panoramic views, has a minimal depth of 1.70m. As such, it is unsuitable for young children, or for adults who cannot swim.
There is an enchanting bathing area right in front of the villa, with benches which are ideal for resting on, and fabulous panoramic views of the harbour. Along the street, after the moorings, you will find a supermarket, just 6 minutes walk away. The surroundings give you the opportunity to take beautiful walks along the harbour, with a charming playground in first sea line. However, a car will be necessary. Some 9 minutes away by car, you will find one of the island’s best fish restaurants. It is literally hanging over the edge of a cliff, and has beautiful views of Cala Mesquida, which is one of our favourite beaches- one of the most beautiful ones in Menorca. Mahón and its lively port, located just 10 minutes away by car or water taxi (the boarding area is next to the villa), is the perfect place to start exploring the numerous sights which may be found close by. It has all the amenities that you may want, as well as an infinite number of leisure and gastronomic choices, in contrast to the tranquillity of Cala Llonga.

Villa Lantana was beautifully clean and well presented and equipped with all that you need. The panoramic view of the sea and boats was stunning. Being close to Mahon meant that you were in close reach of restaurants and other amenities.

First class villa from all aspects, wonderful views from terrace. The island is beautiful with interesting places to visit with very good sandy beaches. We will be bound to visit Menorca in the future.

Hi, just wanted to say that we had a wonderful holiday at Villa Lantana and we loved the villa, it was like home from home except the luxury decoration and the beautiful views. Amazing!!!. All the team were very helpful and we would definitely love to stay there again in the future

- Exclusive, bright and elegant, with unforgettable views over Mahón harbour from its huge panoramic terraces on first sea line: it is relaxation heaven!
- Ideal layout for couples, with three large suites on separate floors.
- Very private location, with a nice swimming area just in front of the villa. It is ideally located for long walks on the beach.
- The villa’s proximity to the beautiful beach of Sa Mesquida and to Mahón town centre, means that there are many options available with regards to leisure and food. All amenities are 10 minutes away by car.
