Excellently spread out over two floors (for greater privacy), BINI XOROI offers you all the space you need for a comfortable stay- both indoors and in the spectacular outdoor areas, which allow guests of all ages to find a place in which to relax and enjoy themselves. It is an ideal property for two or three families, or for a group of couples who wish to spend their holidays together, while maintaining a certain degree of independence and privacy.
The upper floor is divided into two impressive suites with double beds and quality wardrobes. These suites also boast of luxury ensuite bathrooms (one with a shower and the other one with a bath) as well as access to a large sun terrace with sea views, a second terrace, and a charming twin room, accessed from the master suite, which is perfect for children.
The ground floor has two large triple rooms (one with three single beds, and the other one with a double bed and a single bed), as well as another double bedroom. Each of these has access to the terrace and swimming pool, high-quality wardrobes, and views to the swimming pool or garden. They shared a bathroom with a bath and a toilet. The bright designer kitchen contains top quality appliances, as well as a large separate utility/ironing room, with washing machine, dryer and a second fridge. The elegant and spacious living room is also equipped to the highest level. It leads to a huge covered porch containing various living and dining areas, a brick barbeque, and the fabulous, large pool area. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace made of teak wood and a beautiful mature garden which has night lights, a variety of homegrown trees and seasonal flowers, providing you with a lot of shade to read or relax. The garden also has several sun loungers and a rocking chair. There are other terraces surrounding the house. Among them, you will find a ping-pong table and a great wooden bar with stools, outdoor brick shower, etc.
It is located at a short ten-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Binibeca, and eight minutes (with some slopes) from Cala Torret and its top of the range restaurants and bars, a supermarket and sporting activities. The villa’s wonderful surroundings offer pleasant walks by the sea and platforms for swimming in the turquoise waters.

We all would like to thank the MenorcaSelect team for the excellent communication when booking this property, we are a party of 12 as you can imagine it is difficult to please everyone! but this villa has everything! Super clean and luxurious,fabulous relaxing location and loads of room for everyone to have their own time if they desired. The swimming pool and surrouning gardens are amazing and very weel kept. It was our 3 rd visit to Binibeca as we like the area so much, and i would say on behalf of everyone that this stay was the best due to our accomodation...If you are reading these reviews or thinking about enquiring about this villa, I would do so straight away! - Modern recently built villa, using materials and features of the highest quality, while maintaining a warm, welcoming and beautiful Mediterranean style. Very comfortable layout and facilities for large families.
- Incredible outdoor areas, with space to enjoy 100% of your stay at any age: you can have a few beers at the terrace bar, while your young children play in the pool, elders have fun playing ping-pong, someone sunbathes or reads on the rocking chair whilst under the shade of an olive tree and another person prepares dinner on the barbeque. You won’t want to leave the house!
- Very private and relaxing location, with beautiful views of the surroundings and the sea. Within walking distance to Cala Torret’s beach, restaurants and supermarket.
