It is ideally located, in a quiet, beautiful area, close to the Binibeca and Punta Prima beaches.

VILLA TURQUESA features 4 large bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) with AC, fitted wardrobes, 2 complete bathrooms (one ensuite with a bath, and one with an easily accessible, large shower, especially designed for people with reduced mobility), and a pretty and cheerful, fully-equipped kitchen with is joined to a large and stunning living&dining room, with AC, high ceilings, wonderful sea views and access to the terrace. This specially designed villa contains two independent wings (each of which has two bedrooms and one bathroom) with separate access to the living room. The wings are joined together through a large hallway, allowing each family to enjoy their own privacy, whilst also remaining close to their friends.

The huge covered terrace, very well equipped and featuring a portable BBQ, is ideal for family meals and relaxing while enjoying the incredible sea views. This is in addition to the swimming pool with support handrail for people with reduced mobility, and sun terrace (which are surrounded by gardens and relaxing areas), ping-pong table etc.

Nestled in the wonderful natural environment of the exclusive S’Atalaya, which is less crowded than other nearby Binibeca areas, VILLA TURQUESA is a five minute drive from both the Binibeca and Punta Prima beaches where you will find a selection of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. The charming Cala Biniancolla is a short 10 minutes walk from the villa, featuring a small harbour, bathing areas, restaurants/bars and a water park. Another nearby point of interest is the picturesque Cala Torret, just 4 minutes away by car: here you will have access to nice restaurants on the seafront, a supermarket and platforms to swim in the turquoise waters.

Access to the pool without steps, with support handrail. Easy access to area’s amenities, and walking areas.

The truth is that the house was divine, very comfortable, with all the details to spend a relaxing and very pleasant vacation. It was our first time in Menorca and I can tell you that we fell in love with the island, with its tranquility and relaxed atmosphere. Just a few words to say what a fantastic time we all had in Villa Turquesa, your team was absolutely fantastic on arrival explaining everything about this stunning villa and the beautiful surrounding area, a real credit to your  firm. We enjoyed itso much that my wife and I would like to go again in September for a week. Thank you once again for a great holiday!
